Mini ITX power supply?

I've seen them called a couple different things, but the big ones I've heard are picoPSUs and DC-to-DC ATX PSUs.

Hey!

I recently got a mini ITX computer that had all cables clipped and ripped off (dont ask).

The power supply was an external laptop-like charger with a brick that plugged into a hole on the case. The charger then went into a 24pin normal power connector, what are these called?

The motherboard is a MSI J1800I.
