Is Powercolor RMA Gone?

Is the Powercolor RMA option now removed on their website? It looks like  https://www.powercolor.com/query now just leads to their warranty page with no option to RMA your card. They also now say "Please contact the shop/e-shop where you bought your card when you have RMA inquiries."

 

Have they outsourced RMA or am I missing something?

 

For reference sake, the reason I'm interested is because I just sent in my RX5700xt for RMA last week and had no trouble navigating the site and sending it in. Now in the email with the RMA number Powercolor linked to the page where I could check status and it's now just the global warranty page.

My bad, apparently the VPN was hiding the right page so the Powercolor website would only direct to the warranty page.
