Hi,

I am trying to exchange some items that I received for xmas and I want to confirm that support@lttstore.com is the best way to contact. I have send 4 emails with only an automated response. Is there another way to get in contact with support?

That is the only way. Its not Amazon, its a small handful of people. Patience.

this has come up recently:

The store is /swamped/ as hell right now, and there's absolutely a backlog.  They've acknowledged it and are working through as best they can.
