PWRSW should be Power Button... else I'm out of luck... I hate those pesky dell/hp/FS mainboards...

Yeah I did the same. Although, if OP has the board in their hands, a photo may help.

To me, it looks like there's a power button is on the board next to the audio jack. I don't know your use case but it looks like that's all you've got if you're not comfortable with doing one up for yourself. As for an LED connector, it doesn't look like this has one as it's probably some embedded, highly proprietary thing
