Got a new ryzen 7 5800x for my b450 tomahawk. Did everything right, or so i thought. What is the right thing to do in this situation?

I bought a ryzen 7 5800x for my b450 tomahawk. Now i know that my motherboard is older than the ryzen 5000 series so naturally i perform a bios update. I updated it to version 1.H6, which has AGESA version 1.2.0.3c. However, when I take my 2700x out and put my 5800x in, my computer turns on and does that full fan rev thing because the bios isnt up to date. Did I miss something?

There's some other issue. Anything with AGESA 1.2+ supports Ryzen 5000. Do you have any debug lights/codes from the mobo?
