Build something like this, Not get DDR5 on current market. It's not available and if you find it, It'll be very expensive.

 

For a GPU, 6900XT is simply way better option at this price point, But u can look at 3080 or 3080 ti in similar price range. That 3070 ti was too expensive.

i don’t really like ATI and my monitor have the connection for nvidia anyway.

Most G-Sync monitors will work fine with AMD. What make/model is the monitor ?
