Hello all, first I'm not entirely sure if the topic is ok in this section. That said let's dive into the issue, I have an NZXT H1 with the very popular "Fire Hazard" riser cable. I've requested the replacement for that riser and as soon as I installed it my computer started behaving weird. (Freezing, BSOD)

The error showed was related to video drivers so I've DDU and reinstalled drivers but it didn't work. At that point decided to reinstall windows and surprise surprise the issue persists so I've reinstalled the "Fire Hazard" riser and everything is fixed.

Long story short, I'm kinda sick of the situation and I'd like to get a riser for the case (Gen4 if possible) but I have not been able to find a riser that is compatible and if it is it 's not advertised. Any recommendations?

I have an H1 that received a replacement riser from the recall. That PC has been experiencing intermittent crashes for a while now, and so far I haven't been able to track down why. I don't recall exactly when the issues started, so I'll have to try replacing the original riser to see if that helps. I think I should have it and the nylon screws they sent out as a temporary fix around here somewhere.

In the meanwhile, I'd love to hear if you found another, more permanent solution.

Hey all, having the same problems! I believe the logs will match up on our systems for the causes of the crashes. NZXT is pointing me towards Geforce, I think their riser cables are to blame for premature GPU failures.

Did you sort it out anymore? Considering sending them a letter from my lawyer (just a good friend in consumer protection law) on this fiasco. It tooks months to get the screws and from what I can understand, that's a temporary/poor solution to the problem.
