Faulty Integrated Graphics

So my laptop is the GL553VD and the everything is working fine except one thing, the iGPU (intel HD 630) what I mean by that is that it performs normal at everything except when I (for some reason, idk how its related to graphics) search in the window search bar it freezes the PC for a second, when I go into Sound/Display settings it freezes the PC and gives a black screen for a second, and in games it goes black screen as well (and it glitched for me once) It took me forever to find out what the issue is and after playing around with it for literally a week and a half I finally did. Now my question is can I fix or do something about it? cause I literally cant play anything at all or go into the sound and display settings and its a big problem. Thank you for anyone who answers!

Have you already tried reinstalling Windows to make sure it isn't a software or driver bug?

Reinstalling, Upgrading, Reverting, Definitely not a bug

Does your laptop allow you to force the use of the dedicated graphics?
