My computer doesnt display any thing

My specs are 

E2140 Pentium dual core 2 core 2threed 

GS 9500

250hdd

And this is a old computer that I had and it doesn't post any more for some reason I replaced the cmos battery still nothing I even tried without my graphics card still nothing just just blank screen
