TUF GAMING X570-Plus Ram Not Working at 3200mhz Do I needed an upgrade?

The Irish Ace

Hi guys it's first time posting here and I hope you can help me out.

I upgraded my setup to an AMD 5900x recently and I'm having RAM issues with it not reaching the correct frequency.

I have the DOCP profile activated in bios and set to 3200mhz but my machine doesn't post. Once I dial back my RAM to 3000mhz my machine posts fine but I'm now questioning if my 2x 8gb sticks of Corsair Dominator RAM are up to the standard needed for the 5900x. The Dominator RAM I'm using can be found here (Amazon UK).

I should also mention I've looked around at RAM timings and have tried a few different timings as per online sources but none would allow the machine to post with my RAM at 3200mhz.

If you guys think my RAM is an issue as I think my Dominator RAM is an older type and won't allow the full potential of the 5900x I'd love recommendations for an upgrade in RAM. I was thinking 32gb, but let me know your thoughts.
