Asus Strix G17 problems

Hello, my friend just recently bought an Asus Strix G17 2 days ago and it is experiencing problems. Here are the specs:

• Ryzen 9 5900HX
• RTX 3070 130W 
• 16GB RAM
• 17.3in 2560x1440 16:9 165hz Free sync
• 1TB SSD

The problems that we have are that

1. Dota 2 at max settings the FPS is random, sometimes its 20-40, sometimes its 40-80 (both in Performance and Turbo mode}
2. It also randomly crashes any games we play after a while (both in Performance and Turbo)
3. Some black thing appeared xd (switching from Windows mode to Turbo mode)

We are wondering if this is a problem that most Asus Strix G17 has, because we would rather get a refund and buy the Lenovo Legion V rather than replacing it for another new one, and can anyone please tell us what is the problem that makes this happen? We only installed games and MSI afterburner, everything else was fresh from the box.

I assume you're on external power and not battery power. 

 

Can you check Task Manager if the Radeon integrated graphic is doing the graphic load or the Nvidia discrete graphic? 
If it the former try set Dota 2 to use High Performance graphic in Nvidia Control Panel.
