Desktop Window Manager uses too much RAM

Drakonins

Hello!

I have noticed that Desktop Window Manager is using quite a lot of RAM. I wouldn't mind It but after few hours of playing games they get laggy, could It be the problem?

For example for friends that use windows 10 and 11 usage is 10-30 MB but for me starting at 200MB up to highest that I have seen 15 GB.

I have fresh 11th windows install.

I do have 32GB of RAM so should I just let It do whatever It does?

Thanks for any advice in advance!

Update your GPU drivers. I would use DDU to ensure a clean GPU driver install.

Tests didn't find anything + It's a fresh windows install and I haven't downloaded anything except some stuff like Discord and Steam games. Usage still sits at few hundred MB.
