No display output

I woke up this morning and my pc no longer displays an image to either monitor. My motherboard does not display a vga error as it has in the past. I have tried force shutdown a few times and nothing has changes. Any ideas?

Update: now the pc turns it for a slip second, fans and lights, before shutting off the next second and repeating the precess. Pls help
