Hello
Today I open my PC and after few second later I face this error “A disk read error occurred” after cleaning my ram stick form dust And cleaning the PC . My computer start normally . When I search online about it and it said that when a HDD is faulty or damaged or has bad sector this error occurred . But when I check HDD with HDD sentinel It
shows my HDD is fine . So my question is why this error show ? Is this because of my HDD is damaged or is it because of dust ? the layer of dust was o.1 mm .
Please help
My HDD is only 6 months old.

My PC spec

CPU : i5 3470S

Ram : 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz

GPU : GT 630 DDR3 2GB

HDD : 1 TB 7200RPM

Try to check the SMART status using CrystalDiskInfo/HWInfo, see if there's any warning from that.

Assuming it's a fluke that sometimes a system can do, if there's no problem when you check it, probably you'll do just fine.

 

Yet, do the performance still good on that HDD?

Maybe your Sata cable/port. Try replace the cable and switch Sata port, also check if there is any noise coming from the HDD.
