Now for this issue I will essentially be gaming and suddenly all power is lost to my PC. No blue screen or error, it's almost like a mini power outage happens.

I've been troubleshooting many issues over the past few months as startup times were suddenly horrid, frame rate was bad, and things started slowing down. I have slowly solved all these issues until this new issue where the PC dies essentially. Here are the following things that I've replaced since these issues have begun in order.

Hard Drive(with new Windows download)

SATA Cables

Motherboard

Purchased 16 gb more RAM (Now at 32gb and matched up with same 2 sticks as before)

PSU

I've ran tests on the CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU and all were completely fine. Initially I could get the computer to shut off in a couple minutes of a stress test and verified the PSU was the issue. Since I've replaced it I cannot get it to shut down with this stress test, but it is obviously still happening while gaming.

Temperature stays fine and all fans are working properly, essentially the only things I know that I haven't tried yet is reinstalling my Motherboard to see if I set it in slightly wrong, and replacing my CPU and GPU. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, I would be happy to provide any more information on the troubleshooting I've done and specs.
