Steam Doesn't Open on Ubuntu?

Hi all, a friend of mine installed Ubuntu and tried to install Steam. They are able to get it installed by downloading the deb and installing it from the terminal but they get this error when trying to open it. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks

Edit: They have a Ryzen 3 3200G and a GTX 1650
