my existing parts are is raedon rx 580  is amd ryzen 7 3700X 2 sticks of ram i have a 244fps monitor i play at 1440 buy probally on christmas

If you're looking for a GPU upgrade, 6600 XTs and 3060 Tis can be had comfortably under $700 if you live near a Micro Center. What capacity & speed is your RAM?

my capacity is 16gigs and speed is 2133 i dont live near a micro center

Id buy an AMD card you can find hundreds at MC at MSRP u cant get Nvidia at MSRP

Some 6600 XTs can still be had for under $700 on eBay. 2133 speed RAM on Ryzen is about the worst combo out there, so I believe you should address that before anything else - Aim for 3200 CL16.
