I got my TPM enabled,  my i5-9600k is a supported CPU, fits all requirements except PC health check says that secure boot isn't enable, but in the BIOS it says it is enabled.

I'd like to update to windows 11 before i get my new pc in 2 weeks so i transfer my key with out having to install win 10 then update it

Secure Boot doesn't have to be enabled for Windows 11 on to run, your computer just has to be capable of running it.

While the requirement to upgrade a Windows 10 device to Windows 11 is only that the PC be Secure Boot capable by having UEFI/BIOS enabled, you may also consider enabling or turning Secure Boot on for better security.

I'm dual booting my ThinkPad P50 setup for UEFI with both Windows 11 and Linux (currently Mint) and I hence Secure Boot disabled and Windows 11 boots perfectly fine.

TLDR of linkboy's well... link.  My X570 board allows me to pick a boot order which can utilize UEFI or Legacy.  For MSI BIOS, its simply a matter of clicking and dragging to rearrange the boot order.  Old school BIOS make you set up a list and choose a boot device in descending order.  Consult your motherboard documentation if things aren't immediately clear and if you can't easily manipulate the boot order.  It's possible your boot device was set as Legacy, which can happen despite enabling the secure boot option.
