Will a PCIE extender fit here

My WIFI card won't fit so I'm thinking about getting a PCIE extender PCIE 1x. If it doesn't fit what should I use instead, don't have enough for new motherboard

It might be tight. You could try a right angle one.

This one requires 6mm clearance, so see if you can measure how much space there is between the GPU and that slot first.

No, you can run high end GPUs using them without performance impacts, WiFi cards will be completely fine.
