You can also consider the i9 since he is a heavy multitasker

Budget (including currency): the less the better

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Work/Gaming

What games does play?

Budget?

Does he multitask a lot? I.E. playing games while doing other stuff like watching youtube, chatting on discord, etc.

So he plays a lot of world of tanks on max graphics and always has a lot of chrome and opera GX tabs on( like 20 mininum) and also has opened a lot of different programs.Idk how his 2 gen i 5 is capable of this but yea its time for a upgrade.

As a Ryzen fanboy ill try my best not to recommend a ryzen cpu! For very light workload such as sending emails and playing very little task hungry games go for the Intel® Core™ i7-10510U. It has 4 cores and 1.8ghz. Very good for google docs.

That's a laptop CPU?

How is that so cheap? That's like 16 GB trident Z prices for 32 GB.
