alternative program to voicemeeter

Hi guys:) 

The thing is i am looking for an alternativ to voicemeeter to simply route inputs, outputs and  apps togather like you can do in voicemeeter without doing any recording or streaming. Simply just be able to for exsample let your people on discord hear the song you are playing from tidal or the sound that is coming from chrome.

And as far as i can see there is non other program that simply does that. 

I have seen OBS but there is the whole base of the program that is meant for recording and windows does not let you route the sound on the go as easy as voicemeeter and at mutliple outputs on the go.

 

Has anyone any clue for programs like this? Simply have a little countrol of which input the souind is coming and what output it wil go to.

What you're looking for are virtual audio cables.

yea but how does you route them, if i am not mistaken it is not with a user interface, and that is the genial thing about voicemeeter
