Black screen when playing games

Hello I have a problem that my monitors go offline and instantly back online in games. So far the most frequent occurs happen when playing Rocket league or trackmania.

Black screen proccess.

  • All monitors go offline (no popups that they disconnected)
  • All monitors go back online.
  • Discord, Chrome have a high chance of crashing (completely freezing)
  • Controller inputs seem not to work when everything goes down

I've tried to update drivers, downgrade drivers. Had different bios versions, happens on windows 10 and clean install windows 11.

Also plugged other monitors off but no luck with that.

 

At first I tought it might be the fans but rocket league isn't that heavy and GPU doesn't go above 60 degree celcius. Highering the fans feels like it helps a bit but might be pure luck.

I have no idea when it goes offline and can't trigger it on purpose.

 

GPU: RTX 2070 Super gigabyte windforce

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x

Motherboard: x570 aorus elite
