RTX 3060

Hello, 

 

I have recently purchased an RTX 3060 and  installed it. It seems like the card doesn’t allow any other card to be installed with it. Yes I know it’s not SLI but prior to the 3060 I had a 1660 TI in the first slot and would be able to add a second card in the second slot I have a Radeon 570 both would work fine no problems. But with the 3060 no other card is being recognized at all they just get power. Does any one have any suggestions on how I could possibly install the 1660 ti along the 3060? Is the 3060 just not allowing anything else to be recognized?
