hi i have just done a new build and on windows im getting loads of micro stutters, all drivers are updated ,
this is the spec:

Ryzen 5950x

asus rog dark hero x570

16gb 3200mhz corsair vengence

rtx 3070 gigabyte aorus,

hx1000i psu, samsung

980 evo m.2 (os drive)

corsair h115i capellex aio

lian li dynamic case
