F6 error code problem on maximus XIII

So i have a problem with the f6 error code. It keeps happening here and there but after pushing the reset button 1-3 times the pc boots and works with no problems. If the pc is unstable it should  be crashing rite? My specs are:

 

Asus rog maximus XIII

I7 11700k

32 gb 3600mhz ram

MSI rtx 3080ti

 

Iam using xmp and have manually set the ram voltage to 1.4 after some research. Nothing fixes the issue. 

I don't know what to think when the PC works when it boots but Iam scared that iam damaging my pc with this problem. Please help
