Windows 11 download

I tried to download windows 11 (On Oct 06) using "Windows 11 install assistant" and it says that the windows 11 installation files are corrupted and it shows a error code. (I didn't take a screenshot that)

So I try to download windows 11 today using off-peak data and it also gave me the same message that the files are corrupted,

And also when I started downloading the downloader started from 55% and after that went 100% it again start to download from 1% (and it kept in the same step) and also when I check the Data used by the installation process it says that it used about 5GB (according to Google its the size of the windows 11 ISO)

Do you know how to download windows 11 to a incompatible laptop (this is a another device), its incompatible because of its processor (its a i5 7th gen CPU) but the processor works fine and also it has 2 cores and it work fine.

Can we install windows 11 using ISO file to that laptop?

And also in the device that the error occurred the it doesn't show whether it can run windows 11 in 'Check for updates' section like this,

This is how its looked in my compatible device (10th gen) and also in the incompatible (7th gen) device also it shows that it can't run windows 11

Other than the ISO do you know another way to download windows 11? (a method that wouldn't erase all of my data and which I can install windows 11 on another compatible devices)
