An unlocked cpu should really be paired with a z590/z490 motherboard. If you don't need to overclock, consider getting an i5-10600 or i5-11600 cpu instead, presuming they are less expensive.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

motherboard is solid, case is nice just use dont use 3200 meg ram and dont go intel over heats a lot use these instead both solid options https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KWnhgt

5600X is indeed better, If it's not too much expensive.

It also will require buying other board.

For intel 3200 is absolutely enough.

Also, that AIO ain't really good, Have a look at Arctic, MSI, Lian Li and EK AIO's, They are better and usually not more expensive. But if price is concern, Consider going with Air cooler, Because good air cooler will perform same or even better than that AIO, While being little cheaper.

Such as Scythe Fuma 2.

Actually that was one of my first options, but i was recommended the i5-10400F but i'm editing right now new stuff so the ryzen option is not a bad idea. The 3200mhz for the ram is enogh for the 5600X?

It's enough, If it is 3200 CL16, CL18 is slow and u don't want that.
