Debug LEDs indicate CPU

My system turn off automatically  all the LEDs and fans are running but no display and the debug LEDs shows Cpu light ,and after I cut off the power and start again it don't start and show the same problem or starts but turn off the same in few mins. 

 

Processor R3 3200g

Mobo.        Msi a320

Try reseating the RAM.

 

What are your temps under load?

 

Also make sure 24 pin and CPU cables are connected properly to both the PSU and motherboard.

So it can be ram problem too? Cause my ram is a bit bent , u know like a little dent , but the system runs fine for like ,2-3 hrs .
