Ryzen 5 5500u

HWinfo showed me "yes" near thermal throotling option. Is it bad or what... ?

I played pubg about 30min. on AC adapter.

That just means it's clocking down a bit to save power, or to save itself from too high of a temperature. Fine and can be expected from a laptop.
