PC Monitors and Peripherals Stop Responding

Hi,

So recently I ran into this issue. I was playing league with some friends, I had discord and Google Chrome open. In the middle of the game, my monitors froze and my keyboard, mouse, and headset stopped working. My PC was still on, and the monitors were still displaying frozen images. I'm not sure what happened, and I don't know whether I should be worried or not. My computer wouldn't respond to a forced shut down from the power button, so I had to flip the power supply's switch off to get it to turn off. Any tips or what to look for?

Ryzen 7 3700

2060 Super

32GB RAM

2 SSD's, one 250GB and another 1TB

Don't know what power supply but was upgraded around a year ago.

 

This issue happened a few times before, but I thought I got it fixed by removing a game recording software. Seems that this software wasn't the issue...

First thing that I can think of are the video drivers?  Are they up-2-date?

Yeah all of the drivers are up to date, I updated them with DriverEasy a couple of days ago.
