S7 edge black screen

I have an samsung galaxy s7 edge which has worked perfectly up until today when in wouldn't turn on. I have tried to; charge it, wired and wirelessly; connect it to a computer and soft and hard reset it. I just wondered if anyone had anything other than using it as a paper weight!!

Go to a repair shop, either battery is dead and needs to be charged outside of the phone, or something wrong with the motherboard.
