So awhile back I was thinking of getting a CM storm quickfire rapid with browns, now however I've started looking at the Corsair K70 (it has those nice media keys and backlight). The reason for looking into the CM one was because the lack of numpad would get the keyboard closer to the mouse (which I think would be beneficial for gaming, and I never use the numpad anyway), but it lacks a back light so I'm not sure :S What do you people think?

K70 are mostly out of stock at the moment, and only come in full size. Cooler Master is releasing a new tenkeyless (no numpad) keyboard with backlights soon, you can see it here: http://event.coolermaster.com/rapidi/

Otherwise, either wait for K70 to come back in stock (and use the full size) or look around for other tenkeyless alternatives like Ducky Shine 3 TKL in your country.

It is not out of stock in Norway though :) But Ducky isn't available in Norway. Only have the black one with red keys now -.-

If you want a lot of different modes for backlighting, then go for the Roccat Ryos MK Pro.

It of course also depends on what colour you like.

Green - Razer Black Widow Ultimate

Red - Corsair K 70

Blue - Roccat Ryos MK Pro

White - Logitech G710+

And, if you really want a lot of backlighting modes, then go with a Ducky Shine, or wait for the Corsair RGB one.
