first pc build need advice

I have a i7 10700 2060 super and my storage I'm taking from my prebuilt acer predator Orion 3000 and I have bought 32 gb 3600 vengeance lpx ram rog strix z490-i motherboard and a sf750w platinum from corsair I plan on putting it all in a velka 7 case because I need it to fit in a back pack for work. I am still looking for a cpu cooler i was going to use the alpenfohn black ridge but I cant find it in stock or available to be shipped  to Canada so I'm looking for alternatives or a place to buy one. I am also looking for portable monitor recommendations and just any input on my build I know it sounds like I would be better off with a laptop a bit but I honestly just don't like laptops.

I heard its only good for 6 cores and if you have 8 its better to get the black ridge but ill have to look into it more

no the case is really small I definitely wish I could though https://www.velkase.com/products/velka-7 it has a short list of coolers that will fit I'm just not sure there good enough for my cpu.
