it depend what you are putting in the case, are you water cooling, air cooling, are your getting a modular psu. 

if you are going with air cooling and a non modular psu get the one with the most room behind the back panel to hide all those cables to keep airflow optimized.

Comparing the two choices you game me, I prefer the 650D. The 650D is a better built product and will result in better observable-performance due to better airflow when compared to the 600T. However, I suggest the 350D or the 900D depending on your application, if these two suggested products are within your budget and Corsair seems to be your company of choice.
