Wireless Device Latency/Lag (USB)

So currently I am experiencing latency only with wireless devices, in shorts, my devices will skip (mouse) and essentially lag. For my headphones my audio will cut out and be extremely choppy. 

 

I have tried getting new devices, I have tried flashing my CMOS battery, I have tried updating BIOS, I have factory reset my PC, I have disabled power consumption in device manager, I have done almost everything I can think of except buying an new motherboard. Which is my last straw. I am always running Spotify and Discord when the issue occurs.

I believe it's a motherboard issue but I am not sure.

I have Windows 64

-ASUS ROG B550-A Gaming Motherboard 

-Ryzen 9 3900x 

-GIGABYTE 2070 Windforce 8gb

-32GB DDR4 Corsair Dominator 3200mhz

-I have a 1tb m.2, 2 120gb ssd's, and a 2tb HDD 

-Corsair H150i AIO

-RX 850w PSU

(wireless devices, corsair virtuoso rgb headphones, and logitech gpro superlight)

If anyone thinks they might know what the issue is please reach out I have been struggling with this issue for quite sometime and I am trying everything before finally buying a new motherboard.
