Budget (including currency): ~$3000 w/ inflated GPU cost

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming: DCS, BF2042, F1 2021

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

First new machine in years, looking to learn so open to any comments/suggestions improving bang for buck. Aiming for 1440p >60fps. Aiming to add in VR later (HP Reverb G2 likely). GPU price not included.

Tentative parts list:

For this list, Only one edit needed, That's RAM, You should get 3600 CL16, Not CL18 RAMs.

And also, You need 2 or 3 extra fan, That's all.

But, It's rumored, That Intel will be launching 12th Gen CPUs on 19th November, So wait before it, They might have better options, Or maybe it'll make AMD drop prices.
