Help with my keyboard

So i was out and about when my lil bro came into my room, what he did was he took off my spacebar, and started playing with the switchest.

It was fine until he started using the adhesive putty thing i putted on my desk for an asignment. He putted it at the stabilizers and now im confused of what to do. The keyboard still wotks but the putty made it so that its heavier/harder to press the space bar, and also made it so that it wont go back up or whatever u call it.

 

I cant open the plate because i dont have some of the screws screwdriver, i removed as much as i could with a toothpick, but still im confused on why it still wont work,
