Bios Flashback/ downgrade help

Hi!, a couple years ago i upgraded to a 3600 from a 1500x, when doing this upgrade i updated my bios to be compatible with the 3600 and recently i upgraded motherboards, i was wondering if i could downgrade my old motherboards bios back to be compatible with my 1500x to make a secondary pc, but the catch is that i do not want to uninstall my 3600 to do the flashback, could i do the flashback using the 1500x? i was reading in my motherboards page listed below and it says it does not recommend using an older CPU with the updated bios, is there any chance of damaging the hardware if i just do the flashback using the 1500x?
