my rtx 3090 is heavy artifacting, but only when underload, i gotta start mining first then my gpu can go normal even it's normal when gaming, if i don't mine with it, it will start artifact and I can't press anything, is there anyway to fix it? it's happen because after I'm changing the thermal pads, thanks

If it started happening right after you changed your thermal pads your first move should be to open your graphic card again. Double check you didn't forget any thermal pads, that the thermal pads were thick enough to make contact on both side (components and heatsink), check your thermal paste on your gpu and make sure your fans are connected. If everything is ok on the hardware side then you should slightly under clock your GPU and VRAM one at a time while running a benchmark (heaven) in loop to see if it will stop artifacting. Most of the time artifacts are caused by VRAM instability.

I've checked it, and i put all thermal pads in place, I've changed the thermal paste as well, and underclock it, but still artifacting when underload
