hello guys 

 i have opted to go for the Lenovo legion for the tgp for the rtx 3080 

I had many more options like the dell xps 17 - the tgp for 70w

then I saw Linus's video about  the maxq and max p 

so I had opted for it (did i do a right move or a wrong one) 

 

 

2 - can this specs run 1440 p at 144hz(in an external monitor)  or not

Good you went with the legion 7 because if you got the xps that 3080 would have overheated and just preformed horribly.

 

As for 1440p 144hz sure no problem at high settings in most games. Does depend on the game however as some just aren't made to run at those high fps.
