Need Help With New Build

I recently have switched over my atx build into an itx for college, and after moving all the hardware but a new motherboard and cpu cooler into the new case, it’s seems to boot only when it’s cold. The only way to post consistency is to flip the power supply to off for 3 seconds and then to power it. 

 

specs:

Ryzen 2700x

xfx rx580 gts xxx edition 

Aorus x570 I pro wifi

2 x 8gb corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz 

Corsair cx650

sspud meshilous 

 

I really need help with this and I can’t think of anything to fix it
