PowerEdge R710 Update

Hi all, I'm just I'm trying to roll out a bios update to my PowerEdge R710, i know its old, through my idrac 6. Ive gone to the dell website and installed the update, though then when i go to upload the file to the idrac, i get this error. Im fairly new to all this so its all appreciated
