Is neweggs PC Power Marketplace safe to buy from for gpus looking at the 3070 ti. says ships from hong kong. Still playing on a gtx 780 but its showing its age. any help on the matter would be appreciated thank you

Generally the newegg market place is good but make sure you check the seller's rating. I've had things take over 3 months to arrive.

Anything shipping from Asia is going to take an extremely long time to get to anywhere in North America. Shipping in that direction is backed up, probably for a couple of months.
