Budget (including currency): 820GBP

Country: United Kingdom

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

The system will be used for Live Streaming, the main program used 90% of the time will be OBS.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have come up with this part list, the GPU was chosen as it has 2x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort, the system will be hooked up to three monitors so needs at least 2 HDMIs. The only preference I have is for a decent case with a tempered glass panel.

I would appreciate any advice on what motherboard to get, I need one that has an updated BIOS compatible with the 5000 series as I do not have an older CPU to update the BIOS. Please feel free to recommend any changes to the part list.

The system will be receiving a video source from a camera and will then stream it out to multiple screens, no gaming on this system.

Gotcha! Is it one camera? And what resolution/fps will the stream be? That system you have should plenty for up to 1080p/60fps - probably up to a 12000 - 15000 kbps bit rate, but may struggle at 4k and higher bit rates..

Just confirmed that there will be one IP camera at 1080p, but another may be added in the future.
