I try to add in a expansion card for m.2 and now I am not getting output

I try the gpu and motherboard’s display port and hdmi and still get no signals. My gpu fan turn on and all the other fan. So, I don’t know is it a gpu problem or other problem. And, I don’t have the money to replace any of the hardware
