Flickering Desktop

I need help please!

I dont know whats happening to my desktop, as you can see in the video, it starts to flicker when i boot it up. The icons are gone, and i cant click anything on the task bar. 

The only way i can open applications is through task manager. 

Can you guys help me identify this problem? Thanks in advance
