amd software wont install

i put in a 5600xt graphics card into my system but when i go to install the software it says cant download because my OS is not supported thing is tho im runnign windows 10 64bit any help

Is this a legitimately installed copy of Windows 10 that's activated?

Havent activated windows yet and yes i downloaded the driver from there and no prior drivers this is a fresh system
