My thermals seem normal, do you have any clue as to what it could be seeing as turning my monitor off and on generally turns it back to normal? I've never heard of anyone else ever having this issue, or maybe they just don't notice it as much as I do? I've had two of these monitors and I'm certain I've had the same weird issue occur with both

So judging from the 'turning my monitor off and on generally turns it back to normal', it seems to be a monitor issue? Because, (conflicting information online, it seems to depend on device聽but general verdict seems to be聽that) video signal is still outputted even when your monitor is powered off manually. I would say try another monitor, but you did so 馃槙聽maybe try another model?

Dirty power or EMI might cause the issue (however rare it is) so to confirm, EVERY time you have extended periods of gaming, you encounter this issue? And always after extended gaming periods?聽
Note that I havent had experience with this kind of issue before (both possibilities EMI and monitor [because it doesn't seem to be a common bug at all]). So take my advice with a grain of salt.

This may seem weird, and I have looked everywhere on the internet to find a similar issue but can't seem to find anything like it.

After lengthy gaming sessions I find that my mouse starts to feel delayed which destroys my aim while playing fps games etc. And turning my monitor off and back on seems to fix it as weird as it sounds, has anybody ever experienced anything similar? It's definitely not a mental thing as it's happened with two of my monitors *the same brand model etc*

Monitor: Zowie BenQ XL2411P

my mouse starts to feel delayed

Could just be thermal throttling leading to low FPS and your mouse being slowed as you said "After lengthy gaming sessions"

I'm not too familiar with thermal throttling but I'd assume turning my monitor off and on again wouldn't fix that, that's why I'm assuming it's some weird issue with my monitor.

Ohhh, I didn't really read it correctly. Hmmmm. It is quite interesting. But just to rule out thermals, download some monitoring software like聽https://www.hwinfo.com/聽to make sure your CPU/GPU isn't just overheating and throttling. Though since you said 'turning my monitor off and back on seems to fix it', it might not be thermals.
