Sound problem ?

Pc specs : 

Cpu : R3 3200g

Gpu : RX 580 sapphire nitro+ 4gb

Ram : kingston ddr4 2666 mhz

PSU : Njoy 450W 80+

SSD : WD green 240gb (for windows 10)

HDD : Seagate 1TB (I think 5400 RPM,not sure )

motherboard  : Gigabyte a320m-h (f51 bios)

My problem : When I play Apex Legends,Gta 5 online (in gta it's happening sometimes) Rainbow 6 ,call of duty warzone ,rdr2 online  my frinds can't hear me in discord but I can hear them (In rdr2 online I tried steam chat ,still didn't work) 

I tried to set discord priority on high ,still didn't work

I think that I need a cpu upgrade  ,if this is true ,should I buy a r5 3600 ?
