Hello everybody,

I have had an issue for almost 3 years now where my computer would have a 3 second freeze every few minutes when not playing a game and when playing a game would occur a few times a minute. This issue is extremely frustrating and I've tried many things. I've upgraded my CPU and motherboard, upgraded GPU, RAM and reinstalled windows and put it into a new SSD. Temps and drivers are fine. I've done software checkups. No issues. Now I'm almost sure it's because of my PSU as I bought it used 5 years ago and is the only component I have not upgraded yet. The PSU itself was also released all the way back in 2009. I just want to make sure before wasting money on a new PSU. Specs are as follows:

CPU: I5 9400F

Motherboard: ASUS S1151 MicroATX TUF H310M-PLUS

GPU: MSI GTX 1070 ti

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb 3200mhz

PSU: Antec Truepower New Series 750 Watt
